GCE offers an FSP deliverable model for clients who need additional help to run projects within their own environment and potential supervision. The GCE employees follow the SOPs governed by the client, work within the client’s environment, and work on projects assigned to them by the client. It would be as if the GCE employee were a client’s employee. This can help with consistency between work, and the client can manage the projects on their own terms.
FPO – Full Project Outsourcing
GCE offers an FPO deliverable model for clients that simply want a project finished with little to no oversight on the day to day operations of completing a project. A team of GCE employees are assigned to the project, follow the SOPs governed by GCE internal processes, work within GCE’s environment, and managed with GCE’s supervision. With this deliverable model, clients can request a project, and GCE will take over from there.
FSO - Fusion Service Outsourcing
GCE offers an FSO deliverable model which fuses the strengths of FSP and FPO. The GCE team follows the client’s SOPs, works within the client’s environment, but all work and deliverables are completely managed by GCE. It would be as if the GCE team (no individual) were a client’s team. This allows for 100% transparency on how the work is being done and all documents, programs, and outputs conform 100% to all of the client’s projects which are performed by the client’s internal teams.
SCS - Strategic Crowd Sourcing
The SCS service model allows clients to use GCE employees on an as needed basis which are not required for full-time project work. The key to this model is that GCE will provide the same set of employees for the current and all future requests. This greatly decreases the learning curve and allows consistency across the intermittent needs. Additionally, the client gets a known resource within a short timeframe. The SCS model can also save the client money by having complete control over the amount they are paying for GCE services.
